Hello, my name is Leslie Dalton Comeaux. I am a 41 year old web and graphics designer. I am from Gretna, VA, a tiny southern Virginia town. I grew up with 2 amazing parents and 1 brother. My parents were high school sweet hearts and taught me to have a strong work ethic and a kind heart.
My father worked in the printing industry and is a large part of where my interest in graphics, design, and print come from. My mother took an interest in web design when the in thing was geosites and I learned along with her. My brother is a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He served 2 tours in Iraq and he continues to amaze me with his strength and courage.
I currently reside in Saint Augustine, FL. I have 1 teenage son, Logan, who tests my patience and sanity, but I wouldn’t change him for the world. My son was born with a Unilateral Cleft Lip, Short Soft Palate, and Alveolar Notch. We are strong supporters of Cleft and Crainofacial Awareness. Rockfish Media Designs is the collection of all my passion projects into one. I have been working with web and graphic design for 20 years. I have within the last 2 years taken interest in painting and learned that I am actually pretty good at it. I also create dreamcatchers and I am working to incorperate wood burning into my art projects.
The name Rockfish is in honor of my father, Jerry L. Dalton. He was known for his amazing striper fishing skills and was called Rockfish because it is another work for a striped bass. My dad passed away in 2012 from Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia. Rockfish Media Design allows me to share my passion with the world while honoring my father.
